After graduating from IIT Karakpur,got placed in one of the top auto mobile companies in Gurgoan, that's how i shifted to Gurgoan and got a chance to start Bikkgane Biryani.Being from south, food is always an inherent part of our daily life,so when i shifted to Gurgoan in 2011 I hardly found options for my south indian cravings.That time people are very much found of butter chicken,pizza, burgers so on.But south indian cravings are much different from the thing of what people eat here. So after a lot of research,I thought in Gurgoan the population of south indians are good enough, and even the people of other parts of indian are well aware of hyderabadi dum biryani.Thats the time when we started our first outlet in sector 23 Gurgoan. I still remember the nervousness of how people will react to the taste of our food but thing went beyond my expectations and we did pretty well from the day one.Customer accepted anonymously,thats the time we understood customers accept any cuisine if they like the taste.Then the same began when we started our second outlet in Gurgoan and the customers supported the same.Day by day Bikkgane Biryani started becoming bigger and stronger. In eight years we are standing at 50+ outlets across pan India and Dubai.Whichever reason we enter customers started supporting us the same.
