At times , servers of your Bank Account send late
confirmation due to Security Checks or tech issues at their end. Unfortunately ,
we have to wait for their confirmation before showing your order as a success.
If order is in rejected status then System has Already
Generated the Refund Request and your money will be transferred back to your
bank account / payment source.
Refund timelines depend on your Payment Source. Usually its
5-7 working days (excluding Bank Holidays or Public Holidays). Very rarely, few
of the banks take more than that.
Delivery boy was rude and pathetic. He asked me for directions, I gave one but he did not follow and I said you will have to come upstairs my leg is injured, he was like we guys don’t come upstairs. I went in my balcony, he didn’t even follow my directions and was sitting on his bike, I said at least come inside I am giving you a bag, then while he kept the food inside the bag, he held it so tight that I was not able to lift the bag, only because he wanted to put the otp first, I told him why are you holding the bag so tight and he gave another rude answer. Once done he stared at me in a threatening way, then while going back to hie back, he turned around and stared again.

We ordered a prepaid family pack of chicken biryani. The delivery boy who brought our order said our location is wrong despite coming to our address. It was very surprising as to how is it possible that our location is wrong but address right? We understood later that it was his ploy to make extra money from us because he wanted us to pay for the order in cash despite it being prepaid. We immediately told him to take the order back. When he realised that his trick wasn't working he reluctantly gave us our order. Kindly take strict action against that delivery boy.
